At Bayou with Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery to ensure your conscious shopping experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our studio receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
